What's new
Changes in each version of TeamBase.
The Workshop knows what day it is — and finally remembers
- NewA recipe can now be set like an alarm clock. Until now it only knew the time and went off every single day; now you can tell it the days too — Tuesday and Thursday at eight, say, when you raid. Pick nothing and it runs every day, exactly like before.
- NewFour new things a recipe can do. Open a panel with your counters over the game, play a sound to everyone in the voice call (not just you), post to team chat on your behalf, and post to your guild. Those last three send something outwards, so they can't fire more than once a minute, and every one of them is spelled out in the “what this recipe may do” list — you see it before you install someone else's recipe.
- NewThe sentence you build in the editor is clickable now. Every value is a coloured word — click it and you land straight on its setting. The colour tells you what is the trigger, what is the condition and what is the action. And anything you haven't filled in glows orange on the recipe card too, so you spot an unfinished recipe without opening the editor.
- FixedCounters were never being saved anywhere. The app counted them and threw them away on exit, even though the permissions list promised they would be kept — so a recipe like “when I die three times, show me a card” reset every time the app started. Now they hold today's number, go back to zero at midnight, and above all you can see them: on the Workshop page and in the panel over the game.
- NewThe library lets you put together recipe packs, and guild leadership can recommend a pack to everyone. Every recipe also shows “what it needs” — until now you could install a recipe tied to a game source you don't have, and it simply never ran, with nothing anywhere to say why.
- NewA game source can be tied to a running program, and you can tell it how it knows you're really in the game — by the running program, the window title, or a line in the game's log. You can run the trial without the game too: paste your own lines and see straight away what would be caught and which part of the line did it.
- FixedThe card over the game looked different from the preview in the editor — it was missing the header with the recipe name and the bar showing how much time it has left. So the preview was promising something the game never delivered.
- FixedIf you switched a game source off or deleted it at the moment it had last reported you were in a menu, the condition “only when I'm in the game” stayed silenced forever — and nothing said so. Recipes quietly stopped working, even after restarting the app.
The Workshop — the app does in-game what you tell it to
- NewThe Workshop is here. In it you put together a recipe: when this happens, do this. When I start a game, show me a note. When I have been playing for 90 minutes, remind me to take a break. When a friend comes online, let me know. When I press Alt+Shift+1, show me my plan. The sentence you are building sits in front of you the whole time and changes under your hands — so you always see what you have actually set up. There is nothing to program.
- NewIn the game a recipe announces itself with a small card at the edge of the screen. It stands exactly where you put it, on a second monitor too, and it does not take the mouse — your aim stays yours. You can lay the cards out in the settings, and the laying out can be switched off three ways, including the Alt+Shift+M key, so you never lose the mouse. One limit: in a game running in fullscreen mode Windows will not let the cards through — switching the game to borderless windowed mode helps there. The app says so right in the settings.
- NewYou do not have to build a recipe from scratch. Anyone who has come up with something can hand it to the others — to their guild only, or publicly. In the library you can look at it, install it with one click, give it stars, and say so when it stops working after a game patch. Installs and ratings are counted by the server, not by the app, so nobody can inflate their own.
- NewPlenty of games write a plain text log to the disk — Path of Exile, Warframe, EVE, Minecraft. Until now nobody read it, because someone would have had to program that separately for every game. Now you fill it in yourself: watch this file, and a line with this text means I died. From that moment on a recipe can hang on it. You pick the game folder by hand and the app shows you the assembled path to confirm, so a recipe from a stranger will not reach just anywhere on your disk.
- NewFor a ready check you no longer have to alt-tab. In the game a big question and two buttons appear; whoever started it sees the team list and the state next to each name — green tick, red cross. There are 30 seconds to answer, and anyone who does not answer counts as not ready. It can also be started from the Alt+Shift+H menu, and it works in a voice room too, not just in a team.
- NewWho is talking right now you can see while playing as well — the names from the call have their own window on the left, in the middle, independent of the overlay. Moving them and switching them off can be done in the settings.
- ImprovedSettings → Overlay can be folded up by group; the list had grown so long that all you did in it was scroll up and down. The overlay also opens in the middle of the monitor, and the background of the app is a plain colour instead of a grid.
- FixedThe message that explains why a ready check cannot be started outside a team and a call could not be read to the end — the window was small and could not be made bigger. Now the whole of it is visible.
One key instead of six
- NewAlt+Shift+H opens an in-game menu — a small panel listing what you can do right now: save a clip, open the Advisor, draw a Chalk Shot, hide the overlay. You click, and exactly what its shortcut would do happens. There were six shortcuts and nobody remembers them. You can grab the panel by its bar and move it wherever you want, and it opens in the middle of the screen. The shortcuts still work — anyone who knows them doesn't have to open the panel at all. You can turn it off in the settings.
- FixedThe key for hiding the overlay could switch it off even when no game was running — and because that gets saved, it survived a restart too. Anyone who pressed it by mistake outside a game could think the app had stopped working. Now, outside a game, it only warns you and switches nothing off.
The after-game card is no longer cut off
- FixedOn a smaller monitor the “how your game went” card was cut off at the top — the name of the game and the time played were missing, and no amount of scrolling brought them back. Now you can scroll to them and nothing is lost. Nothing was shrunk to make it fit: when there is room in the window, the card sits exactly as it did before.
Images stay in the app, and the call connects only once somebody picks up
- FixedAn image in a chat could only be made bigger by opening it in the browser — the app sent you outside just so you could look at a photo. Now it opens right in the app.
- NewYou drag an image into a chat with the mouse, and in the chat itself it is bigger. That goes for every chat: the call, the guild, the Base, the team, messages and the floating window too.
- FixedThe list of names when you type “@name” was drawn underneath the bottom bar, so there was nothing to pick from. Now it opens upwards when there is no room below.
- FixedThe app connected you to the voice room the moment you started calling — that is, while it was still only ringing at the other end. It connects only once somebody really picks up.
- FixedA cancelled call was not saved. The database did not know that state at all, so the invitation stayed among the unanswered ones for good — and the player had no way of finding out.
- ImprovedThe names in the voice window are bigger. Until now they were too small.
- FixedAnyone who was not logged in could read and even change other people's data through the public interface — somebody else's transfer offer could be declined, for instance, without the attacker even having an account. Someone not logged in now has access to nothing in the database.
A small thing at sign-in
- FixedThe message “First finish the check above that you are not a robot” was aligned to the left, although the button above it and the links below it are centred — it stuck out. Now it sits in the middle. The same at sign-up.
The licences have moved to the web
- ImprovedThe list of licences is no longer in Settings. You will find it on the web under the “Acknowledgements” link in the footer — it is the list of open software TeamBase stands on. Here anyone can see it, not only somebody who has already installed the app.
You add pins to the map right in the game
- NewYou edit the map in a tip right in the game. In the footer of the tip, next to “Add to this tip”, a new button showed up — “Edit pins”: you tap into the map, you write what is there, and that is it. You do not have to leave the game. It works without a mouse too: the arrow keys move the crosshair, Enter drops the pin.
- NewIf somebody adds a pin of their own in the meantime, you will not overwrite it. The app does not send the whole tip, only what you changed — and that gets attached to the fresh version. On top of that, the map is not determined by its order alone but by its image as well, so the wrong one does not get hit when somebody adds a map above yours in the meantime.
- NewSettings → Licences. A list of all the open software TeamBase stands on, with the licences too — including the link to the source code of FFmpeg, as its licence requires. The list is not written by hand but taken from the real dependencies, so it cannot go stale.
- ImprovedUnder the editor of a tip there is no longer the sentence about Markdown. To those who do not know it, it said nothing, and those who do know it did not need it.
- ImprovedThe pin is drawn only once the server really accepts it — not right after the click. If the saving fails, you will see why, and the name you started typing stays in the field.
The window over your game speaks your language
- ImprovedThe window over your game speaks your language. Twenty-eight messages — “Game detected”, the states of the Advisor, switching the clickable mode, saving clips — came out hard-wired in Slovak no matter what you had set. Now they are there in all seventeen languages, including the right form for the number of seconds.
- FixedThe in-game Advisor lost control after a screenshot. The panel stayed open, but the game took the foreground, so you could not click into it and had to switch it off and on even three times. The app could not tell a screenshot from a deliberate click into the game — half a second after either of them the state looks the same. Now it watches what happened in between: with a screenshot, a foreign window flashes there for a moment. An open Advisor holds the foreground from now on, whatever happens. The game gets it only when you close the panel — with the shortcut, with Escape, or by clicking into the game outside the panel.
- FixedIn the wiki the raw notation of the map was visible in the text. Lines like “::mapa” and “::pin Weapon#orange|0.1813|…” showed up on the card of the tip, in the search results inside the game and in the version history. Now there is only the text you wrote everywhere — and in the editor too: the map and the pins live next to the text field, not inside it.
- NewThe map and the image can be deleted from a tip. Until now they could only be added.
- FixedSearch finds a tip by the name of a pin as well. You type “EL NINO” or “BOSS” and the map with the pin “BOSS - EL NINO” comes up. The search goes word by word, so neither the order nor the dashes and accents matter. Before, the pins were searched only among the tips the server had already found — that is, exactly among the ones that would have been found even without it.
- ImprovedThe Windows system notifications are in English. They are put together by a part of the app that cannot reach the language you have set, and for sixteen of the seventeen languages English is a better choice than Slovak.
Messages work and screen reading is gone
- FixedMessages could not be written at all. Not a single conversation showed up in the list, and the “Send message” button next to a guild member and in the profile only threw you onto an empty screen. The fault was not in messages — while the holes in privacy were being closed, the rights to profiles changed, and the message inbox asked for the whole profile row at once. The server refused it and the app showed that nowhere, it just drew an empty list. And all that time 260 messages were lying in the database.
- FixedWhen loading the conversations fails, the app now says so and offers “Try again”. Until now it kept quiet and an empty screen looked like “you have no messages” — that is exactly why this bug took so long to find.
- ImprovedScreen reading has been removed from the app completely. Every second it captured the whole screen and pulled it apart — on a wide monitor that meant ~20 MB and hundreds of milliseconds every time. Measurements from an hour of playing showed that in all that time it did not return a single usable number. Games with exact mode never needed it, and for the rest the app from now on counts the time played, nothing more. Almost 6,000 lines are gone.
- ImprovedThe app no longer captures the screen at all — not into memory, not even for a moment. The numbers after playing come solely from what the game itself provides.
- FixedThe speaker list over the game sat at the top centre, although it was meant to be on the left. Its position was saved as a distance from the corner of the game window — and when the game switched to full screen, the corner jumped and the list moved with it. Now the position is worked out from the screen itself, so switching the game, a different resolution or a second monitor will not throw it off.
- ImprovedThe speaker list shows names only. The microphone icon is gone — you can tell who is speaking by the highlighted row. You can still move it by dragging.
- FixedThe clickable overlay mode (Alt+Shift+O) could not be used in a game. It did let clicks through, but it did not take the foreground — and while the game holds the foreground, it holds the cursor too, so you could not even reach it with the mouse. Now it does take the foreground. If the game runs in exclusive fullscreen, the app warns you in advance that Windows may minimise it.
- FixedWith an incoming call, both the call window and a bubble with the very same message popped up. The bubble now shows only when you have no way of seeing the window — the app is minimised or you are in a game.
- FixedIn a private call the app did not pick up a microphone you plugged in only after answering — you had to hang up and call again. In a guild and in a lobby it worked, because there the app asks for the device list straight away; in a private call only after the sound settings are opened, so it had no way of finding out about the new microphone.
- NewImages can be sent in the voice room chat and in the team chat as well. You pick a file or paste it with Ctrl+V. It can be switched off in Settings — and off really means off: an incoming image is not even downloaded, not merely hidden.
- FixedImage uploading was wide open — anyone logged in could upload anything, as many times as they wanted, and even into another player's folder. Now you only upload to your own place, at most thirty times an hour, and an admin can delete someone else's image too.
Nine more games send exact data — and a big clean-up on the inside
- NewNine more games can send exact data: F1 23, 24 and 25, Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, DiRT Rally and 2.0, Project CARS 2, Automobilista 2, Guild Wars 2, BeamNG.drive and League of Legends. Exact mode means the numbers after you play are not a guess from the screen, but what the game itself says. There are seventeen such games now. You will find the instructions in Settings next to each game — usually it is enough to tick one item right inside the game.
- NewA team invite really does take you into the team. Until now the link brought you to the team page and there you still had to click. Now it joins you straight away — and if the team asks for a role or approval, it asks you for them.
- NewOpen spots in a guild finally have a screen. You write down who you are looking for, and with an application you see how much of it the applicant meets.
- NewThe player CV has new fields “About me” and “Play style”.
- NewWhen you create an event the app tells you which time zone you are entering the time in. Everyone else sees it converted into theirs — you meet at the very same moment.
- ImprovedScreen reading is now off by default. It was the most expensive thing in the whole app — every second it took a photo of the monitor and pulled it apart. Games with exact data do not need it at all. Anyone who has it switched on from before will find the switch in Settings.
- ImprovedA guild no longer has a cap of two hundred members.
- ImprovedYou can only be in one team at a time. The app says so up front instead of letting you end up in two at once.
- ImprovedEmpty screens across the whole app no longer stay silent. They tell you what belongs there and offer a way on.
- ImprovedOver two hundred missing translations added and almost a hundred broken ones fixed. Among them the whole Messages section, which was largely Slovak in sixteen languages.
- ImprovedThe speaker list can be moved by dragging.
- ImprovedThe “connect phone” option is gone. Instead of a half-measure we will make a proper mobile app.
- ImprovedEvery time a window opened, the app downloaded an extra 200 kB of English translations. Not any more.
- FixedAnyone logged in could disband someone else's team that they were not even in — all it took was the team number from the invite link that people routinely post to Discord. The server now checks who is calling it.
- FixedPassword recovery by e-mail let through passwords that had already leaked somewhere. In Settings the app refused them, on this second route it did not — and it is used by exactly the person whose password has turned up somewhere.
- FixedWithout being logged in you could read more than you should: who reacted how to a private message, who voted how in the polls, what people searched for, the whole global chat and e-mails too. All closed.
- FixedThe discussion under the posts of a private guild was public, even though the post itself was protected.
- FixedA friendship could be sealed without the other side agreeing, and the “Cancel request” button in fact deleted nothing.
- FixedThe “edit guild description” permission allowed taking over the whole guild. On top of that, admin functions could be run without being logged in, and anyone could reshuffle the role slots in someone else's team.
- FixedThe biggest fix you cannot see: in 187 places an action pretended it had gone through even when the server refused it. An accepted guild invite, a sent message, an emoji reaction, a move in a team game, the “invisible” status, leaving the table. The screen kept lying until you refreshed the page. Now the state rolls back when something fails and the error is shown.
- FixedAfter a team was disbanded the app got stuck on the message “Team was disbanded” and a click on “My team” threw you back to it. Only a restart helped.
- FixedThe “when it works for us” heatmap in a guild counted the hours in the wrong time zone — an event at 20:00 showed up in it at 18:00 and a night one was written into the previous day.
- FixedXbox games kept disappearing from the library. The scan every half hour emptied it first, and when it did not finish, it stayed empty until the next attempt.
- FixedClip recording started ffmpeg 360 times an hour and saved nothing at all.
- FixedComments in the arena did not appear live, the save count on a tip always showed zero or one, and players vanished from the list of free agents when there were a lot of them. Someone else's profile could not be opened at all.
- FixedThe microphone key setting was saved but did not work. And the privacy settings promised something other than what they actually did.
- FixedChalk Shot: the drawing goes away right away, the game picture no longer zooms in, a click goes through the drawing and Escape closes it.
Chalk Shot — draw straight into the game. And the whole app is free
- NewChalk Shot — draw straight into the game. Alt+Shift+D freezes the picture of your game, you circle the spot and Enter sends it. Teammates who are in the voice channel with you see the drawing appear over the game by itself — they don't have to click anything, switch or drop out of the game. They get a crop around the thing you circled, and after a moment it quietly disappears. Instead of typing “top right behind that rock”.
- NewYou open the whole screenshot with Alt+Shift+F. It stays until you close it yourself — unlike the crop, which goes away on its own.
- NewLine thickness can be mixed within one drawing. With the mouse wheel or the keys 1 to 3: mark the spot with a thick line, add the detail with a thin one.
- NewChalk Shot has its own section in the settings. You can turn it off, swap both shortcuts, set how long a drawing stays (1 to 60 seconds), and there is a list of when it works. There is also a test drawing button — it shows you what it looks like even when nobody else is online.
- NewAnyone whose drawings you don't want, you can mute. It is kept apart from guild bans: muting the drawing is a small thing between friends, a ban is a hit to someone's membership.
- NewThe whole app is free. Premium is gone — no locks, no subscription. Everything that used to be paid (reputation, playtime tracking, game data, the in-game helper, clip recording) now belongs to everyone.
- NewDaily limits are gone. Creating teams, looking for teams and invites — no cap.
- NewA rating can be taken back. If you rated someone by mistake or changed your mind, you pull the rating back and can give a new one.
- NewLinks in chats get a preview. Under the link a little card with the title, description and image shows up — in six chats. From friends and guild members it loads by itself, from strangers only when you click.
- NewYour own categories in the Knowledge Tree. You create, rename and delete them yourself.
- NewHelp right inside the app on five pages.
- FixedThe in-game helper kept losing the top bar with the close cross. It came back only when you clicked on it — as if the click had summoned it. In truth any toast or the list of speakers pushed it out of the window. Now it stays where it belongs.
- FixedChalk Shot tells you why it didn't open. Until now simply nothing happened. Now you get a specific reason: the game is not connected, the game window is minimized, the game is running fullscreen, the game is not on top, the picture could not be taken, the drawing did not open.
- FixedSomeone who did not belong in a voice room could get into it anyway. The server never checked. Now it does — and a voice ban really holds.
- FixedThe setting “I don't want team invites from strangers” did nothing. You could switch it, but nobody ever asked it. Now it works. On top of that, someone you have blocked can no longer send you an invite either.
- FixedOpening the “About” tab crashed the whole app.
- FixedDuring a call it said “Call” instead of “Calling…” — fixed in seven languages.
- FixedIn the messages, removing a friend printed a technical name instead of the text.
- ImprovedClip recording no longer starts by itself. Now that everything is free, it would start up for everyone the moment a game launched — and that eats memory and performance even though you don't know the feature is there. You turn it on yourself in the settings.
- ImprovedThe profile is easier to read. The summary (playtime, top games, reputation, guild) sits in a strip under the header, the rest is in the new “About” tab. On a narrower window the tabs no longer clump together.
- ImprovedWhen editing your profile you pick from 17 languages instead of nine. The “Play style” field is gone from there; it is still shown on the profile.
- ImprovedThe “Import roles and channels” button in a guild is gone — it didn't work and had nowhere to pull from.
- ImprovedThe Stats page is gone, you will find the numbers on your profile.
- ImprovedIn the Saved section, “Builds” are now called “Knowledge” — it goes with the Knowledge Tree.
The game wiki, a helper right inside the game and a big cleanup
- NewThe game wiki has its own section in the menu. The cheat sheets are written by players — anyone can add to one, fix it or restore an older version, and with every change you see who made it and when. The register holds 5,277 games.
- NewA helper right inside the game. Alt+Shift+W opens a panel over the game: you get the players' cheat sheet and the wiki page without alt-tabbing. You see the game's cover, images can be enlarged and you paste a screenshot into your own cheat sheet with Ctrl+V.
- NewExpansions to choose from. Type “World of Warcraft” and you get all the expansions — Wrath of the Lich King, Shadowlands, Dragonflight and more. The wiki and the cheat sheets are shared with the base game; picking a specific expansion only narrows the search down to it. With a series of standalone games (Ghost Recon) each game has its own cheat sheets instead.
- NewImages in cheat sheets. Attach a map or a screenshot and the others will see it in the app and in the game.
- FixedSearch found completely different games from the series. With Ghost Recon Wildlands the results came from Breakpoint, Future Soldier and GRAW. The cause was deeper than it looked — narrowing down to a specific game never turned on at all for games from Steam. Measured: from 0 to 9 out of 10 correct results.
- FixedThe avatar and the banner couldn't be changed. The bug was on the server side and it took down file uploads across the whole app — avatar, banner, guild logo and images in posts.
- FixedSometimes the app could neither log in nor log out. When a request to the server hung, it had no time limit at all and blocked everything around signing in. Now it lets go after a while and tells you what's going on instead of leaving a dead button.
- FixedThe in-game window disappeared after a screenshot and the only way to get it back was to turn the helper off and on completely.
- FixedImages from the wiki were grey rectangles.
- FixedThe window couldn't be dragged by its own bar and clicking a notification left it behind the game.
- FixedText in the input field overlapped the border and the cursor sat right on the edge.
- FixedIn a guild the tabs were squeezed to the left and a big empty space was left on the right.
- ImprovedJourney is gone, together with the experience, levels and badges system. The level badge disappeared from the sidebar, the arena, profiles and the player card.
- ImprovedThe app starts noticeably faster. The game wiki register is only downloaded after signing in when it has actually changed.
Precise stats for Slay the Spire 2
- NewSlay the Spire 2 has a precise mode. The app reads the records the game itself saves to disk — you don't set up anything, just play. After you close the game, a card with everything that matters is waiting for you: character, the outcome of the run and what the game killed you with, act and floor, score, ascension, gold, deck size, relics, elites and bosses killed, and the run time.
- NewWhen you play several runs in one evening, the card shows each of them separately — win or loss, character, what you died to, how far you got and how long it took. The best run also gets the list of the deck's cards and relics.
- NewPersonal records work for Slay the Spire 2 too — highest floor, best score, most gold. The card tells you itself when you beat your record.
Stats even from games that don't have precise tracking
- NewUntil now the app knew the exact numbers straight from the game only with seven games, and with the rest the estimate was next to useless. Now we can mark for any game where on the screen it keeps which data — ammo, health, weapon, level, position in a race — and after playing the app shows them to you in the after-game card. You don't set up anything, the ready-made game profiles come to you by themselves.
- NewThe career in guilds is a window on your profile that you click open. Until now it only unfolded when the history was long; now it can be opened always, and the guild, the period and the reason for leaving each have their own column, so it can be read.
- ImprovedGame images finally show up in the stats as well — in the overview, on your profile and on other people's. The app takes the artwork from what you have with the game in My Games; when you don't have any, it fills it in from Steam. And when you remove the game from My Games, the image stays with it.
- ImprovedThe notification about playtime tracking no longer pops up at every switch from the game to the desktop, but once at the start of playing. The measuring of time and of the stats runs on exactly the same — only that little window has changed.
- FixedWe have removed the evening recap. It didn't prove itself, so it is gone together with the code that ran it — the app hasn't lost anything by it and is a good bit lighter.
The app no longer slows the computer down, clips have the sound in the right place and the overlay can be moved
- FixedAfter a longer session the whole computer started slowing down, not just the app. Every single time the overlay hooked itself to a game — at the start of the game, when the process changed and when it was renewed from the settings — a new tracking thread was born, but the old one was never turned off. They kept running until the app was shut down, and each of them went through all the Windows windows ten times a second. Something else made it worse: with games that have several processes (Counter-Strike 2, games with a launcher or an anti-cheat) the app jumped between them at random and every jump made another one of these threads — and along the way it needlessly restarted the recording of clips. Now the old thread always stops and the game holds on to the process it picked once.
- FixedThe sound and the picture in a clip each went their own way. The clip was saved with the frame rate you had set — except that when the computer couldn't keep up, fewer frames were actually recorded. The video then played faster than the sound, and the longer the clip, the bigger the difference. On top of that the sound had a constant head start of about half a second over the picture, because the two tracks were cut according to different clocks. Now the speed is counted from real time and the sound is lined up exactly with the first frame.
- FixedThe yellow frame around the screen during recording is gone.
- FixedMessages in the voice chat arrived late and without a notification. The connection to the server was alive only for as long as you had the call panel open — in the minimized dock or in the pulled-out window the messages simply passed you by. Now it holds for the whole call, and when someone writes to you and you don't have the chat open, the app says so. You can turn it off in the settings.
- FixedIn the pulled-out call window nothing could be clicked — the window could be dragged, but the buttons and the chat were dead and the clicks fell through underneath the window. The same mistake was fixed preventively in the after-game card as well.
- FixedIn the after-game card, code was shown here and there instead of text (for example with the personal records from Counter-Strike) and long values like the best round got cut off. We have added the missing translations into all 17 languages, and long numbers as well as labels now shrink so that they fit whole.
- FixedIf you had the microphone turned on for clips, its sound piled up in memory when the game was quiet — in a menu or with the game muted — about 700 MB in half an hour. Now only a few seconds are kept. At the same time the sound recording recovers by itself when you swap headphones while playing.
- NewThe overlay can be moved and hidden. In the clickable mode you grab it by the handle and drag it wherever you want — the position is remembered. You hide it with the little cross on the handle, with a keyboard shortcut (Alt+Shift+H by default) or in the settings, where there is also a button for putting it back into its original corner, in case you have lost it somewhere.
- ImprovedWe have removed the automatic saving of moments. The feature tried to guess on its own when something interesting was happening and saved clips in the background — it didn't work reliably and while you played it needlessly loaded the computer with writing to the disk. Saving clips by hand with a keyboard shortcut stays unchanged, and the evening recap is now put together from the clips you saved yourself that evening. The old automatic clips haven't gone anywhere.
- ImprovedThe app puts less load on the network and on the computer in the background. We were downloading the same information about players online three times at once, we were repeating pointless queries to the server, and the phone controller was working even when it was turned off or when no phone was connected to it. On top of that, once an hour, when the login was renewed, all the connections briefly fell apart, including the game tracking. Thousands of lines of unused code have also disappeared from the app.
Voice the way it should be, the overlay no longer minimizes the game, and the app takes less performance
- FixedWhen you switched microphones during a call, the app sent out another one but never turned the old one off. After the first switch the others heard you twice over yourself, after the second three times — and it sounded metallic and echoey. The old sound stayed hanging on the listener's side just the same, which was also why muting sometimes didn't take.
- FixedThe noise suppression switch has been doing nothing at all until now. LiveKit was mixing its own aggressive filter into every microphone, and it overrode that switch — it made exactly those “watery” and robotic artifacts and it swallowed quiet voices. It's off now and the switch finally works. At the same time we raised the quality of the voice transmission to Discord's level and turned off the saving mode that was biting off the first syllable after you drew a breath.
- ImprovedJoining a call is about half a second to a second and a half faster. The app loads the library for calls ahead of time, already when you open the screen, it opens the microphone in parallel with connecting, and one pointless opening of the microphone has been deleted. You feel it most when you pick up an incoming call.
- ImprovedThe app no longer asks for microphone permission. Until now a little window popped up like in a browser — and in a fullscreen game you might not even have seen it, so the call just didn't work “for no reason”. Only the microphone and the camera get confirmed; the final say belongs to Windows in the privacy settings anyway.
- FixedThe microphone test could be started during a call too and it caused howling for everyone else. Now it can't be started during a call, and if a call comes in while the test is running, the test ends by itself.
- FixedThe clickable overlay minimized the game. When you pressed Alt+Shift+O or clicked on a notification, the app claimed the window for itself and a game in fullscreen folded away. Now it doesn't take the focus at all — you click the buttons and the game knows nothing about it. It only folds away when you deliberately click into the reply field, and that is a limit of Windows.
- ImprovedThe app takes noticeably less performance while you play. Picture capture was making itself a new eight-megabyte memory for every single frame — that is, sixty times a second — and waiting on the graphics card while doing it; now it keeps just one. Screen reading runs at half the pace and with one copy of the frame instead of two. If the app made your game stutter, this is the main change.
- NewWhen the graphics card can't handle the clips and the processor is encoding them, the app now recognizes it by itself and pulls the recording down to 720p and 30 frames so your game doesn't stutter. It tells you and offers a button to turn clips off. Your setting doesn't change — once the driver is fixed everything comes back on its own. Anyone with hardware encoding won't notice a thing.
- NewYou can record clips at 120 frames per second if you have a monitor with 120 Hz and more.
- NewWhen choosing the length and quality of clips you now see what it takes out of the computer — the graphics, the processor and the memory separately, with numbers and a warning when the combination is demanding. With the default setting nothing is shown.
- FixedThe call panel pulled out into its own window was shown twice at once after you put it back into the app, and the window couldn't be closed.
- FixedThe separate windows — the call panel, the in-game overlay and the after-game card — were shown in English for a moment, even when you had the app in your own language.
Your phone as a second screen, and a chat that no longer gets stuck
- NewYour phone can be used as a TeamBase controller. You scan a QR code and from the phone you mute the microphone, reply to a message, save a clip, turn down the music or the whole computer, and see how the processor and graphics are doing — without having to jump out of a fullscreen game. It runs purely over your home WiFi, nothing goes through the internet, and you don't need any app from a store.
- NewThe call panel can be pulled out of the app into its own window. You grab it by the edge, drag it out, and it stays on top of everything else, so during a game you can see who's talking even when TeamBase is hidden.
- NewYou can reply to a message straight from the game. When someone writes to you while you're playing, the little window now has a field for your reply — you don't have to switch to the desktop.
- NewClips have three quality levels, including Ultra — 1080p at sixty frames and fifty megabits. If the picture in your clips looked blocky, there's now something to switch to. Standard stays exactly as it was.
- FixedThe chat got stuck after a few dozen messages and the newest ones couldn't be seen. Four bugs were behind it at once — among other things, it was loading the oldest messages instead of the newest. The chat is now endless everywhere in the app, typing fast no longer knocks the cursor out of the field, and a message you sent in the meantime doesn't get lost.
- NewIn messages, clickable links work, text can be selected and copied with the mouse, and Ctrl+V pastes a screenshot straight from the clipboard. A deleted conversation can be opened again through your friend's profile.
- FixedThe app crashed when you opened Messages — two of its parts were cutting each other's connection to the server. The same bug was quietly switching off notifications too, and the notice that an expert is online never got sent at all.
- FixedThe clickable overlay in a game switched itself off after a few seconds, so there was nothing you could click. The app was mistaking that switch for you leaving the game.
- ImprovedAfter you finish playing, the apps that were closed come back in about three seconds instead of ten.
- ImprovedPC status now has a Graphics column next to every program, and the list is sorted by what's really loading the computer the most — until now it only looked at the processor, so a program eating the graphics card didn't have to make it in at all.
- FixedThe guide for turning on telemetry in Forza asked for a setting that doesn't exist in any Horizon game at all. Now it's right, and support for Forza Horizon 6 has been added.
The reliability ranking can't be dodged by keeping the app closed
- ImprovedIn the reliability ranking in event history, an event you sat through without TeamBase running now counts as a miss. Until now such an event was simply skipped, so anyone who never launched the app stayed at a hundred percent. Having it running is part of attendance.
- ImprovedThe “Unknown” status in attendance has been renamed to “App not running” — it says exactly what happened and no longer gets mixed up with “Didn't show”. In the event table it's still kept apart, because we're not claiming you played — it just couldn't be measured.
The guild finally remembers what it played
- NewGuilds have a new History tab. It holds every event you've played, who was there and how long you actually played — until now an event simply vanished from the app once it was over. The leader can note down how each one went, and the app adds numbers straight from the game if it has any.
- NewHistory comes with trends too: an attendance chart over time, a heatmap of which day and hour suit your guild best, and a reliability ranking of the members.
- NewiRacing got precise mode. The app reads the simulator's official telemetry, so after a race you see your position, your best lap, the number of laps, your top speed and incidents — plus a lap-by-lap breakdown with times.
- FixedAttendance at guild events was counted from the planned length, not the real one. A raid cleared in fifty minutes instead of two hours gave nobody full attendance, and a raid that dragged on lost an hour. Now the app recognises when the group actually broke up.
- FixedWhen the app crashed or you switched the computer off mid-game, the play session stayed open forever and pretended you were still playing. It spoiled both your stats and event attendance. The app now clears leftovers like these by itself on startup.
- ImprovedPC status now shows the graphics card in the 24-hour graph as well, and hovering over any moment tells you what was taking the most processor, memory and graphics at that point.
- ImprovedAutomatic saving of gaming moments is more sensitive. Until now your voice only counted when you were in a call over TeamBase — now the app listens to the microphone even when you play alone, and game audio no longer drowns out the other signals.
- ImprovedGame stats from Steam are visible to everyone from now on. Alongside them the precise TeamBase tracking keeps running — badges, the Hall of Fame and numbers straight from the games.
A fresh look for the post-game card, and Counter-Strike stats you'll want to brag about
- NewCounter-Strike 2 now sends much more to your post-game card: headshot percentage, your favorite weapon with its skin and time in hand, your best round (from 1 kill up to an ACE), bombs planted and defused, shots fired, average equipment value and rounds survived. Nothing to set up — the data comes straight from the game.
- ImprovedThe post-game card has a completely new look — clipped corners like a game HUD, separate tiles for kills, deaths, assists and MVPs, and the teammates you played with. The new look applies to every game: MOBAs show your hero, racing games your best lap, space games the systems you traveled.
- FixedIf you pressed Alt+F10 right after launching a game, the app showed an unintelligible error code. Now it tells you in plain language that recording is still starting up and suggests trying again in a few seconds.
- ImprovedIn-game notifications now always tell you the shortcut that makes the overlay clickable — until now, some asked for a click you couldn't make while in a game.
Clips are stable and faster, and Game Pass games finally count
- FixedA big clip stability pass. When recording got stuck, clips could stop working until you restarted the app — now every stall ends itself and recording carries on. Clips no longer start with a garbled image, audio recovers on its own after an error, and memory has a hard cap.
- ImprovedRecording uses less power. We rewrote how every frame is processed — the app was doing millions of pointless calculations per second and copying megabytes for nothing. Clip footage is bit-for-bit identical, it just costs less CPU.
- NewThe app now tells you when clips are being encoded by the CPU instead of your graphics card — for example after a driver failure. Until now you could only feel the game stutter without knowing why. The notice suggests updating your driver and shows which encoder is running.
- FixedGame Pass games are finally found on other drives too (such as D:\XboxGames) — until now the app only looked in Program Files, where most games never install. And system apps like Calculator or the Store no longer pretend to be games.
- FixedThe app no longer freezes on notifications, disk scans or icon loading — all the heavy work moved off the main thread. The app also starts several seconds faster.
- ImprovedNotifications only disappear when you act on them. A mention from global chat now survives even after the old message is auto-deleted — instead of a button you'll see "This message has expired". Friend requests never expire.
- ImprovedPC status history now has minute-level detail across the full 24 hours — at the 1-hour scale you can scroll back even 10 hours, and switching scales keeps you at the same point in time.
- FixedAnother round of translation fixes: sign-up in 12 languages claimed a 6-character password was enough (it's 12) and got the nickname rules wrong. Dozens of other machine-translation blunders fixed too. And sign-in is better protected against rate-limit bypasses.
Clips save reliably and the app no longer freezes
- FixedA clip taken with Alt+F10 sometimes didn't save, and only restarting the game helped. Recording can quietly drop out when the game changes resolution or you switch to fullscreen — the app now notices within ten seconds and restores it on its own. The same bug was silently switching off automatic highlights too, so this fix brings those back as well.
- FixedA clip sometimes got recorded from a background window instead of the game — from a browser sitting on top of it, for instance. Now, when the game isn't in the foreground, no footage is taken at all rather than recording something else. And when you restart the game, recording correctly latches onto the new window.
- FixedThe app could freeze out of nowhere, so badly it could only be closed through Task Manager. We found the exact spot — a collision of two things fighting over the same lock. Opening the Clips screen could freeze it too, because the app was going through entire files just to get the videos' lengths. Both are gone.
- FixedAfter saving a clip, a command prompt window popped up, and three black windows flashed by when the app started. Those were helper programs launching visibly — they now run hidden, the way they should have from the start.
- FixedThe “counting playtime” and “tracking stats” notifications only popped up for the first game — nothing for any game after that until you restarted the app. Now they show up every time you launch a game.
- ImprovedEvery notification in the notifications overview now has a real avatar — of the player or guild it came from. No more coloured icons or initials; system messages carry the TeamBase logo.
- ImprovedThe “Last 24 hours” chart in PC status has a range switch for 24 h, 6 h and 1 h. At one hour you see every single minute, and hovering with the mouse shows the exact time along with processor and memory load.
The app tells you it's tracking stats — and we fixed things we didn't know were broken
- FixedIf you added a game through your own .exe, your mates couldn't see you playing it — and on top of that they saw you as logged out, even while you were sitting at your PC. It was a bug in saving that never showed up as an error message, so nobody knew about it. It's fixed and it already works without updating the app.
- FixedPlaytime wasn't being saved into one of the tables at all. You couldn't tell from your numbers in the app, because those are counted somewhere else, but now it matches everywhere.
- FixedThe home page never showed that someone had joined your guild. The whole section was quietly failing on an error in the query.
- FixedAchievements in Journey were in Slovak even if you had the app in English or another language. The same went for the badges on the shareable player card and for the messages when you unlock something. The translations were there, they just weren't being loaded.
- NewWhen you launch a game, a second notification comes right after the one about playtime — that stats are being collected too (kills, deaths, rounds). It only pops up when they really are being collected: with a game nothing can be read from, the app won't claim otherwise. You turn both notifications off in Settings → Gaming activity.
- NewThe update window shows how far the download has got, in percent — until now all it said was “Installing…” and there was no way to tell whether it was moving or had frozen. There's a link to the list of what's new there as well.
- ImprovedThe “Last 24 hours” chart in PC status can be dragged left and right, so you can go through the whole day. Before, it was squeezed into the width of the window and the times at the edges and the labels were cut off.
- FixedWhen clip recording won't start, the app can now tell you whether the problem is a missing encoder or that the recording program couldn't be started at all. Before, you could only guess.
All your clips in one place, an evening recap, and recording that works for everyone
- NewAll your clips in one place. A new Clips screen: they're sorted by day, you play them with one click, delete what you don't want, and see how much space they take up on your drive. Clips the app recorded on its own, the ones that would be deleted after a while, have a “Keep” button.
- NewEvening recap. When you're done playing, the app puts together a single video from that day's clips on its own — it picks at most eight of them and spreads them across the whole evening, so it isn't twenty shots from one match. In the footer it writes down who you played with. And if you play into the morning, a clip from half past one at night still belongs to the evening before. It all happens on your own PC, nothing is sent anywhere, and if you don't want it, one switch turns it off.
- FixedClip recording didn't work for anyone who didn't have ffmpeg installed separately on their PC — and that's most people. It's now bundled right inside the app, so there's nothing to install. A backup way of recording was added too, for PCs where the one through the graphics card fails.
- NewDota 2 and Elite Dangerous. Dota can send exact numbers straight from the game — kills, deaths, assists, your hero and the score. You add one launch option once and the app walks you through it step by step. Elite Dangerous needs no setting up at all.
- ImprovedThe post-game summary adapts to what you play. For MOBA games it shows the hero and kills, deaths and assists, for racing the best lap and your position, for Elite Dangerous the system and the distance you flew. No more “kills” finding their way into a racing game, where they never made any sense.
- NewYour PC's status remembers the last 24 hours. If a game was stuttering and you only looked into it afterwards, the app shows you a graph and says in plain words what was going on — for example “21:34 – 21:41 · Chrome was taking 41% of your processor”. The data stays on your PC, older entries delete themselves, and the whole thing can be switched off with one toggle.
- ImprovedPC status and Supported games have their own item in the menu. Until now they were hidden away in settings, where nobody found them. In Supported games you can also search for a game by name, accents or no accents.
- NewInvite a mate to your team without jumping out of the game. When the app tells you mid-game that a friend has launched the same game, there's an Invite button right there in the notification.
- ImprovedThe Steam card finally has your avatar and nickname instead of a seventeen-digit number.
- FixedBanners on your profile, guild and base were only being cropped for show — when you moved the image around, empty space peeked out from underneath. Now they're really cropped. Banners you already have set stay exactly as you had them.
- FixedWe went through every translation and fixed 1,282 pieces of nonsense a machine translator had left behind. The abbreviation “TB” showed up in Russian, Polish and Turkish as “tuberculosis”, Steam as “vapour” and Discord as “disagreement”. The German notice about an account being unblocked claimed the exact opposite, and sign-up in three languages asked for a six-character password even though the app requires twelve.
- FixedFixes from the inside: the app could freeze when battery saving switched over, World of Warcraft was holding up playtime counting when you had a network drive connected that wasn't answering, and your Windows username was being written into the app's log. All gone.
- ImprovedThe small labels in the stats and on your profile were too dark and too small. We made them bigger and lighter so they can be read without squinting.
Playtime counts correctly, the post-game summary finally shows up, and the app can see into your PC
- FixedYour playtime was counted sometimes and skipped other times. Three separate bugs were behind it: for a while the time was counted twice and then dropped back, players on a controller had it switch off after five minutes (the app only watched the keyboard and mouse, it couldn't see a gamepad), and on a slow connection a few seconds occasionally went missing. All three are gone.
- FixedThe post-game summary wasn't showing at all. The window tried to open but froze the app in the process, so nothing came of it. Now it appears as it should, and the card resizes itself to fit whatever it has to show.
- FixedThe app counted “key moments” even when you were just sitting in a menu — the in-game music alone was enough for it to rack up more than eighty. A moment now only happens when you're actually playing: based on what you're doing on the keyboard, mouse or controller, or when you say something into the mic.
- FixedThe app could freeze while you were playing with friends, to the point where only Task Manager would close it. It triggered itself when the app switched who was currently speaking, so there was nothing you could do about it. Fixed.
- FixedWorld of Warcraft: if you have the game outside Program Files, say on a second drive, you never got any stats. The app now finds it there too, and while you play it notices when WoW starts a new combat log.
- NewA new “Supported games” screen in settings. For each game it says what the app can read from it, and if something needs setting up you get the exact steps — turning on Data Out for Forza, the /combatlog command for WoW, and for Counter-Strike just restart the game once. And if a game sends nothing while you play, the app tells you right away instead of afterwards.
- NewYour PC's status right inside the app — how much the processor, memory and graphics card are being used, and which program is eating your performance right now. If something is cutting your FPS mid-game, the app will say so. We're not showing temperatures yet: Windows won't give them up without a manufacturer's driver, and we'd rather show nothing than a made-up number.
- NewLaptop mode. When the app runs on battery it pauses clip recording and screen reading on its own, so it doesn't drain your battery and performance. Plug back in and everything returns exactly as you had it.
- ImprovedA reworked look. The content finally fills the whole window instead of feeling like a window inside a window, cards look the same everywhere, and banners no longer stretch into a thin strip on a wide monitor. Small text is easier to read, the app can be used with a keyboard, and if you have animations turned off in Windows, they really are off now.
- FixedTranslations filled in. The startup screen and the home page were in Slovak even in other languages — now they're in all seventeen.
Manually added games are finally counted, plus custom game images
- FixedGames added through your own .exe weren't having their time counted — if you added a game manually from outside Steam, the app didn't recognise it while you played. Now it watches exactly the file you picked, and it keeps working even if you move the game to another drive. There's nothing to add anywhere else, just add the game in My Games.
- NewA custom image for every game — you can upload your own artwork onto a game's card. It's especially handy for games added via .exe, which until now only showed a tiny icon. The image stays on your computer, it's never sent anywhere, and one click brings the original back.
- Improved100 more games in the catalogue — Forza, the whole S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series, driving sims, Resident Evil, strategy games, co-op titles, Valve classics and MMOs. The app recognises them even if you never added them yourself.
- FixedFixed translations — a few Slovak words had been left in the English version, for example in the hours and clips counters. We went through all 17 languages.
Post-game summary, automatic clips and accurate CS stats
- NewPost-game summary — when you finish playing, a session card pops up: how long you played, how that compares with your average, a 7-day chart, who you played with, plus clips and achievements. One click saves it as an image or copies it into Discord.
- NewAutomatic highlights — the app listens to the game's audio, your pace and your voice, and saves the best moments as clips on its own. It learns from your feedback. Auto-clips get their own folder and tidy themselves up, so they won't fill your drive.
- NewAccurate stats for Counter-Strike — kills, deaths, assists, MVPs, rounds won, bullets fired and a breakdown of every match (map, score, K–D). The data comes through the game's official channel, so there's no tampering with the game and no anti-cheat risk. Just restart CS once and the app hooks itself up.
- NewAccurate mode for Forza (telemetry) and World of Warcraft (combat log) too — best lap, position, speed, bosses and wipes. Every other game is covered by the universal mode that works everywhere.
- ImprovedEverything runs locally on your computer and you can switch off any feature in the settings. Screenshots are processed and discarded immediately, they're never sent anywhere.
Attendance at events, game card and comparison with a friend
- NewAutomatic attendance at guild events — the app measures who actually played the guild game at the event. Status was / came later / did not come / undetected / excused, the leader can override anything manually. During the event, you can see live who is already in the game.
- NewGuild Attendance — a new tab for leaders and officers: who is active, who is disappearing and who needs to be talked to. All you can see is the guild game and its events — nothing from private play, and the members know exactly what the leader sees.
- NewGuild Member Profile — Click the icon in the roster to open the clock, attendance, and officer notes tab. The member can set a break (holidays, exams) so that inactivity does not count.
- NewYour game card — in LifeGraph you can generate a shareable card with your statistics (clock, streak, top games, level…) in one click. Save it as an image or copy and paste it directly into Discord.
- NewComparison with a friend — on the friend's profile, the Compare button: level, clock, streak, average session and your top joint game side by side. This also goes as a picture to the clipboard.
- NewThe most common teammate — the app monitors who you play with (voice + the same game) and shows it on the game card in comparison.
- NewGame mode — in My Games, you choose the apps that the app will close when you start the game and turn them back on after playing.
- ImprovedCorrect inflection of counts (1 month, 2 months, 5 months…) in all 17 languages and a lot of minor adjustments in the settings.
Clips store exactly what they have
- FixedClip buffer — pressing the keyboard shortcut saves exactly the last N seconds according to your settings. Previously, the entire log since the game started could be saved.
- NewTeams in the event — the team can be removed from the event at any time with the trash button, just as easily as it is added.
- ImprovedLifeGraph — the "time by game" breakdown is a clear ranking with colorful bars and the most played games show the top 10.
Prettier guilds and a more readable app
- NewGuild search in a new way — instead of a bare list, you see nice cards with a banner, logo, game, description and number of members. Guilds are displayed randomly, so you can also pick up new ones.
- NewThe Guild has its own game — when you create it, you select it from the game database (as with the Base) and players can then filter the guilds by game or name.
- ImprovedLarger, more readable texts across the app and a wider window that takes advantage of the full screen across all tabs.
- ImprovedIn My games, the search for the game by name has been added and the banner can be not only enlarged but also reduced after uploading.
Fix: Discord status and invite links
- FixedThe status in Discord is finally displayed — in the previous version, the toggle was turned on, but the status never reached friends. The Discord client must be running on the same computer.
- FixedInvitation links open the app — clicking on a guild, Base or team link will now take you straight to TeamBase instead of nothing happening.
TeamBase and Discord are finally pulling together
- NewLogging in via Discord — on the login screen, one click is enough instead of email, password and verification. If you already have an account, you'll be able to link it in your → Connections Settings.
- NewStatus in Discord — friends in your list can see what you're playing with TeamBase, including the download button. It runs locally and can be switched off with one switch.
- NewInvitation links — guild, Base and team - send one link to your friends. Whoever has TeamBase will open right on the spot; whoever doesn't will see a preview with the download and will end up right there after logging in.
- NewTeamBase bot — adds/teambase,/lfg,/poll and /stats commands to your Discord server. Send your team via /lfg and your friends will join with one click.
- NewLive count online — you can see how many people are currently on your Discord server in the guild header and in the Base. Official links have also been added to Basic (Discord, Steam, web, X, YouTube).
- NewImport from Discord — transfer server roles and text feeds to the guild with one button. Members do not create accounts, they join themselves by invitation.
- ImprovedNew avatars — twelve hand-drawn characters instead of the original ones. They are sharp on each display and two new ones have been added.
- FixedThe guilds open straight away — if you are a member of a single guild, the app opens it right away and no longer flashes the guild overview.
Pairing channels with Discord + faster app
- NewChannel pairing — each chat channel of the guild or Base can have its own Discord webhook, so messages go exactly to the Discord channel where they belong. Channels without their own webhook go to the main one as before.
- ImprovedA brighter start — the code of individual tabs is recorded only after loading the home screen, so it does not steal the connection with your data after logging in.
- ImprovedLess data in the background — private messages are sent only to the recipient and likes or comments are counted by the server. The app is more economical on a slower connection.
- FixedThe main channel (Main room) is only offered in Discord pairing until the guild creates its own channels — just like in a chat.
Discord bridge + calendar across time zones
- NewDiscord bridge for guilds — announcements, calendar events and chats can be automatically mirrored on your Discord server. Just insert the webhook in the Guild Settings; the event times will be shown to everyone in their own time zone in Discord.
- NewDiscord bridge for Bases — announcements and chat Bases directly on your Discord server (Discord button in the admin header).
- NewThe new authorization "Discord most" in guild roles — the leader can also entrust it to other roles.
- ImprovedCalendar and time zones — you'll see a zone shortcut for event times, so it's clear you're seeing your local time. All-day apologies are no longer forwarded by a day to members in another band.
- ImprovedDates and times are correctly formatted in all 17 languages of the app.
- ImprovedFaster media uploads — avatars automatically shrink, and new smarter limits (5MB images, 10MB GIF, 20MB clips) save both data and time.
- FixedThe video in the Arena is checked before uploading — a large file is no longer unnecessarily uploaded to the server to be rejected by the server.
Overlay can finally be controlled with the mouse
- FixedThe keyboard shortcut to switch the overlay to clickable mode (Alt+Shift+O by default) didn't work — so you couldn't click on the team invite in the game. Now it works, and you can change the shortcut in → Overlay Settings.
- FixedWhen switched to clickable mode, the overlay correctly accepts clicks, so the Accept and Reject buttons respond.
Game Bases + lots of upgrades
- NewGame Bases — communities built on your real game data: hours played, "who plays now", team search, developer announcements, roadmap and polls, bug tracker, polls, wiki and game keys for loyal players.
- NewPublisher Verification — Official Base with verified badge (via game domain or manual approval). You can also create a base for a game outside the catalogue — the manually entered game is approved by the admin.
- NewModeration Basic — throwing away, silencing (reading only) and banning with reason and warning; removal, transfer of ownership and full rights for moderators.
- NewLikes and comments on announcements at the Home Base — with the ability to edit, delete and report. Pictures and videos are going to be attached to the announcements.
- NewHelp when you open each section for the first time-it explains where you can find it and what it's for (turn it back on in Settings).
- ImprovedChats — images in the Basic and Guild chat, emojis and screen effects, threads "for moderators only".
- ImprovedThe Base ranking shows the top 100 players, your position and the actual number of players currently playing.
- ImprovedNotifications from players now show both the sender's name and avatar.
- ImprovedSearch for a team — the most full teams are displayed at the top.
- ImprovedUniform limits and size control when uploading images and videos.
- ImprovedComplete translations of the entire app into 17 languages.
Fix Login
- FixedFixed login — "I'm not a robot" authentication will no longer fail on the first attempt.
Voice teams, game profiles and lots of new features
- NewVoice teams in guilds — divide people in voice chat into separate teams.
- NewFull-screen emote effects directly in the chats.
- NewGame Profiles — Notes, Pinned Links, App Silence, and 1-Click Team Invitation for each game.
- NewUniversal Push-to-Talk — three microphone modes (voice, switch, hold button).
- NewIn-game overlay — alerts when a friend is playing the same, DM/mentions, microphone indicator and unlocked achievements.
- ImprovedThe emoji picker in each chat and the floating chat can be moved and enlarged.
- ImprovedNative dialogues redesigned to TeamBase style.
- FixedFixed sending messages in /message including “Seen” confirmations.
- FixedFixed game images with Steam account connected.
